THEATRE REVIEW

Blue Man Group

FEELING BLUE?

BLUE MAN GROUP
New London Theatre, Drury Lane
Box Office:0870 890 0141
www.bluemangroup.co.uk

On the 10th November 2005 BLUE MAN GROUP arrived at the NEW LONDON THEATRE to perform its unique show in an open-ended run.

BLUE MAN GROUP features funny, bald, energetic characters who engage in frantic and extravagant encounters with an other-worldly array of percussive equipment.  Backed by a live band, film and musical effects combine to create a techno-tribal-rock-art-drama of absolute theatrical abandonment.  This is an exuberant, euphoric audio-visual spectacle.

BLUE MAN GROUP is the brainchild of a trio of talents, Matt Goldman, Phil Stanton and Chris Wink, who began performing in Manhattan.  BLUE MAN GROUP is still playing to capacity crowds and critical acclaim in New York today.

The co-founders and original Blue Men are excited to be bringing the show to London.  Chris Wink says it’s “the ultimate dream for anyone developing a creative project.”
