Black History Month

October is national Black History Month in the UK. Up and down the country national organisations, local authorities and community groups are organising events and workshops to celebrate the history of Black peoples. Black History is often over looked as a valid concept, especially in education. By using this opportunity to empower and educate each other we will in turn develop a greater understanding of one another as a multicultural society.
