Miquita Oliver

Miquita Oliver is without a doubt one of the UK’s hottest rising presenting stars. Hitting the mainstream at just sixteen as a co-presenter on the music show Popworld, Miquita was interviewing and making digs at musicians who were at the top of their game with ease. Her favourite guest to interview during her time there was with Nelly. “Mostly because of how nervous I was and how surprisingly sweet he was....and he was just as sexy as I would have predicted!” She later went on to host her own Radio 1 show and is now a regular part of the T4 presenting team.

Miquita grew up in London alongside her best friend Lilley Allen and like her friends has managed to maintain a down-to-earth approach to the whole fame game. “I would definitely not consider myself famous, but when people come up in the street and say nice things then I get all tingly. The worst side is not being able to go to the shops looking like a state.”
