Are you interested in training in Musical Theatre? Then, watch out for 23-year-old office administrator from Birmingham, Johndeep Moore, who recently took part as one of the 12 possible Josephs in the Andrew Lloyd Webber BBC show Any dream Will Do. Each week, 12 hopefuls audition in front of a celebrity panel including Andrew Lloyd Webber himself, in the hope of landing the lead role in the West End musical, Joseph and his Technicolour Dreamcoat.

Despite being the second Joseph to be dropped, he managed to be part of the final 12 from thousands of wannabees. It was his dream to play Joseph on the West End or Simba in “The Lion King”. However, despite that dream not being realised Johndeep also insists that this is not the end of his career in musical theatre. His obvious love of performing came as quite a surprise to his family and it was noted that of all the contestants he had come on one of the longest journeys, “I just want to make them proud!”.
